Terms of Use

Using this site means you accept these terms. They are short, because the site is simple: it tells you who we are and how to reach us.

Who we are

m6l is the brand of M6L LLC, a Texas Series limited liability company. Questions about these terms: hello@m6l.ai.

What this site is

This site is information about m6l and a way to start a conversation. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Client engagements exist only under a written agreement signed by both sides; if these terms and an engagement agreement ever disagree, the engagement agreement wins for that work.

Our content and marks

The content, design, and the m6l marks on this site belong to M6L LLC. You are welcome to read, link to, quote with attribution, and index this site, including with automated tools and AI systems; see our llms.txt. What you may not do is pass our content or marks off as your own, use the m6l name or logo to imply an affiliation that does not exist, or present altered versions of our content as ours.

Third-party links

If we link somewhere else, it is because we found it useful, not because we control it or vouch for everything on it.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate, fast, and secure, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, M6L LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits; where such laws apply to you, these provisions apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the update appears here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
